Our Process

1. Initial Consultation

The first step is to get together to meet, get to know each other, and help me to understand your why to starting and/or owning your business. It is too easy to focus on the issues that pushed you to reach out, but by taking the time to learn about you and your why, we can be a better partner to you in the long run. During this meeting, I will also find out how many employees you have, your biggest areas of concern or need, what success looks like to you when utilizing outsourced HR, and what your plans are for the future.

2. Proposal of Services

Because every client and business is unique, I will draft a proposal based on the needs we discussed in the initial consultation. Pricing is varied, depending on service, length of contract, turnaround time, and other factors. Our goal is to provide access to quality HR services to every business, no matter the size, so we will work within your budget and can be creative to get your started.

3. Get To Work

Once the proposal is signed off on by all parties, the fun begins! Depending on the services we are providing, we will begin scheduling kick-off meetings, collecting important data, and establishing a relationship with key individuals within your organization. We truly look at whatever work we are doing for a clients as a partnership with your business. We work hard to be a true consultant and provide you with solutions that have options, help you understand the risk and rewards of each, and then let you decide what is best.
